“The 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Annum is pure and expressive this year. Blended with 8% Cabernet Franc and 2% Petit Verdot, it has a beautiful perfume of cassis, mint chocolate, dried thyme and lavender with hints of mushroom and tobacco just beginning to emerge. The palate is plush and velvety with an expansive core of floral fruit and bright, balancing acidity that gives it a weightless feel. It could use another 3-5+ years in bottle.”
