Bottle Club Cancellation Policy

Member benefits begin with the purchase of the current shipment, and is on-going and may be canceled after receiving your first wine club shipment with a 15 day notice. Cancellation requests received after a shipment is processed will be shipped as your final shipment. Bottle amount, price tier and wine type can be changed up to one month prior to shipment. If a customer changes preferences after that date, customer selections will not be processed until after the currently scheduled shipment. After wine is in your possession for at least 6 months, we are unable to accept returns for any reason. We do not accept returns on any bottles that have been previously opened. While we hope you will never have cause to cancel your membership, if you do choose to cancel, please call us at 707-894-9900 or email support@nolimitfinewines.com.

Terms and Conditions

Legally, wine can only be delivered when someone 21 or older is present to sign for the delivery. Signees do not need to be the person whose name is on the package, but they may have to show proof of age. If this is not possible at a customer’s home, No Limit Fine Wines is happy to address your shipment(s) to a work address during normal delivery hours. In most cases, No Limit Fine Wines Bottle Club will use one of the following delivery options – Ground, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Air. The estimated delivery times and costs of these options can vary based on the weight, value and availability of products. We generally ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid your package spending the weekend in a warm warehouse. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Physical addresses are required for all wine deliveries.

FedEx and UPS will attempt to deliver 3 times. If no one is available to sign, they will return your package to No Limit Fine Wines and the shipment will be re-shipped at the member’s expense, plus an additional $20 return fee. Shipping, handling and applicable sales tax will be added to wine total. Shipments are limited to states where licensed. We reserve the right to put shipments on a “weather hold” during extremely cold or hot weather.
